Submitting Content

I've updated my Submit Content page with detailed
instructions on how to submit files.
There are now 2 different options available: Email, or FTP
The FTP is a little tricky at first, but once you get it, it's actually the best way to send me content. The instructions should help, but if anyone has any questions, post them in the comments below.

Okay, so this is a really tiny update. Added a
few low quality pictures to Carol's page.
